Ask Eyal

Eyal-Danon-100x100-1 Eyal Danon is the President and Founder of Ignite Advisory Group, and a world-renowned expert on customer and partner advisory boards.

❓ Question: Dear Eyal,
How can we encourage our CAB members to participate in our marketing outreach?

✔️ Answer: CAB members are ideal participants to support your company’s case studies, testimonials, referrals, videos and social media activities. After all, they are big supporters of your company and likely your biggest fans. In doing so, make their story about them – how they encountered a common challenge, the alternatives they considered and why they went with your company’s solution. Most importantly, highlight the success they achieved with actual numbers – the money they saved, the number of customers they were able to better serve, etc. Putting their company – and the person driving the effort – in a positive light should be more than enough incentive to support your company’s marketing messaging. And a tip – ask your CAB members if they'd like to take part in customer advocacy efforts on your CAB meeting feedback form / survey.
