Answer: Like many professionals, our CAB clients are moving their member engagements online via virtual CAB meetings – and using them as an opportunity to check-in on customers, convey important operational and service information and inquire as to how they can be of aid during these troubling times. Other Ignite clients are taking this opportunity to reexamine or refocus their programs to ensure they are meeting their program objectives. Finally, others are starting CABs: this is a good time to create a strong charter and properly recruit members – without the pressure of planning for an impending in-person meeting.
