Question:  Eyal: We created a post-meeting report from our recent customer advisory board meeting. Who should we share it with?

Answer: Everyone in your company should understand who your customers are, how they use your solutions and the problems they solve, and what they like (and dislike) about them. Results from CAB meetings should be shared and communicated throughout your company with every department. You might, for example, present report highlights in your next company all-hands meeting, or write an article for your internal company newsletter. Communicating your CAB results will not only help everyone better understand how your company operates, but provide internal promotion of your CAB program.
