Ask Eyal
Eyal Danon is the President and Founder of Ignite Advisory Group, and a world-renowned expert on customer and partner advisory boards.
Question: Eyal, we’ve been successful with our CAB program, and are being asked to apply the same operational practices to other executive planning engagements. Do you have any advice here?
Answer: We recently were asked to help manage and facilitate one of our CAB customer’s internal executive planning meetings. The engagement was a big success – strategic planning for their entire year was completed in one day! We at Ignite believe that applying the proven methodologies and best practices for CAB preparation can be applied to various other executive engagements. This is especially true in the areas of meeting preparation, structure, facilitation and action planning. As such strategic planning meetings are often critical to the company’s success, they demand the dedication, investment, planning and outside experts to ensure their success. Ignite VP of Marketing Rob Jensen wrote a compelling blog on this very subject here.
